Cabinet Member report seeking approval of the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel 11/10/16: Hardship and Discretionary Relief applications.

1.         That this report and appendices be exempt from disclosure by virtue of the Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12A, Part 1, Paragraph 3, as amended, in that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of an individual.

2.         That the Cabinet Member for Finance and Corporate Services approved the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel held on 11 October 2016 and determined the applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief as set out in Appendix A of the report.

Reasons for Decision

The Rating Advisory Panel has set out the reasons for the recommendations in each case considered by the Panel in the recommendations in Appendix A of the report.
