That the report be exempt from disclosure by virtue of the Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12A, Part 1, paragraph 3 (as amended), in that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

That the award of contract for the construction of a new extension at Westminster City School as set out in the report be approved and the Director of Education, the Director of Growth, Housing and Property and the Tri-Borough Director of Law be authorised to enter into such a contract.

The Council has a statutory duty to provide sufficient school places for every child who needs one in its area.
