Purpose:

Procurement of debt management services for parking-related debt

Decision:

1.          That this report be confidential pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of tenderers for the contract which is the subject of this report.

 

2.     That the Cabinet Member for City Highways approved the recommendation to award the Debt Recovery Concession Services, Parking Services Debt Management Contract, to the successful bidder for a period of five years from 1st November 2017, with the option to extend by up to a further four years.

 

 

1.     The tender submitted by the successful bidder offers the most economically advantageous proposal in comparison to the other bidders because they were better able to tangibly demonstrate how they would achieve service improvement, detailing resource allocation and innovation, and were also able to show where they had already achieved results in all areas, providing examples of having done so for clients with a comparable demographic and size to Westminster.
