application was for a new Premises Licence to enable the premises
to operate as a café/restaurant providing the sale of
alcohol and late night refreshment within core hours; with an
additional half hour for the opening times.
Mr
Spiegler addressed the Sub-Committee
and informed Members that the Applicant was unwell, and unable to
attend the Hearing and respond to any issues that may arise in
determining the application, or give intructions by telephone. Mr Spiegler accordingly
formally requested that the application be adjourned..
The Sub-Committee carefully
considered the Applicant’s request, and with the consent of
the representatives from Environmental Health, the Metropolitan
Police and other interested parties, agreed that the application be
adjourned to the next available date.
