That this report be exempt from disclosure by virtue of the Local Government Act1972 Schedule 12A, Part 1, paragraph 3 (as amended), in that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

That the award of the contract for expansion works at St George’s School be approved and the Director of Education, the Executive Director of Growth, Planning and Housing and the Director of Law be authorised to enter into such a contract.

The Council has a statutory duty to provide sufficient school places for every child who needs one in its area.
