The report presents proposals to improve the
public realm in Haunch of Venison Yard, London W1 and seeks
approval to:
• Complete the detailed design and implement the highway
improvements identified in this report;
• Capital expenditure necessary to implement the
proposals;
• Give authority to the Executive Director for City Management
and Communities to approve minor modifications to the scheme in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Built Environment and
Cabinet Member for City Management and Customer Services; and
• Enter into an agreement with the developer pursuant to
section 278 of the Highways Act 1980
