The street trading penalty
point scheme is used to enforce the street trading licence standard
conditions.
The standard conditions were revised by the Licensing Committee on
30 November 2016 and will come in to force on 04 January
2017.
The report will seek for the street trading penalty point scheme to
be updated to reflect the changes to the standard
conditions.
