To seek approval of the use of £1,009,723.84 of Section 106 funding to help support the delivery of the St Mary Magdalene Church community project. The project is considered to meet the requirements of the Section 106 legal agreement which requires the contribution to be used to fund the provision of social and community uses within the North Westminster Economic Development Area.
