The City Council has been working with
Transport for London (TfL) and the Cycling Commissioner for London
on the design and implementation of Phase 1 of the East West Cycle
Superhighway (also known as Cycle Superhighway 3). TfL are now
progressing Phase 2 of this scheme, and are seeking to start public
consultation on 8 February 2016.
