The increase in the cost of the Project Manager /Employers Agent (PM/EA) for additional services is 9.63% increase on the agreed original contract sum.

 

The additional costs have been based upon the tendered rates contained within the contract sum and equality objectives. 

 

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning has approved the additional expenditure regarding the Council’s professional appointment contract as set out below in respect of Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) LLP for Ebury Phase 1 for the Project Management (PM) and Employers’ Agent (EA) services.

·       Original Contract Value: £1,821,623 

·       Variation Sum Increase: £175,474 (9.63%)  

·       New Total Contract Value: £1,997,097
