The Council, as landowner, originally entered into a Unilateral Undertaking for the Westmead Site on 28 April 2023. Following amendments to the planning permission and energy efficiency measures, a 2024 Unilateral Undertaking has been agreed, including a revised Carbon Off-Set Contribution of £74,100 and removal of the public art obligation. This replaces the previous undertaking and binds the Owner and successors, subject to conditions.
The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning has approved the Owner (Westminster City Counncil) entering into the 2024 Unilateral Undertaking relating to the Non-Material Amendment (NMA) for the Westmead Site to enable the Section 106 Modification Application to be granted.
