Concessionaire services relate to the recovery of unpaid NNDR (including BID levies), Council Tax and sundry debts. This includes the distraint of goods where appropriate and allowed for by an appropriate court order. The Council’s current Enforcement Agent service contracts expire on 30 November 2024. Legal services advised that an extension of the existing contracts was not possible and therefore the Council had to procure new contracts.
