Decision Taken: Authority is required to execute a lease at The Premises situatated at the Open Space adjacent to Primary School, Bourne Terrace, London, W2 6PP (“the Property”) to the Responsible Body of the St Mary Magdalene and St Stephens Church of England Primary School Rowington Close W2 (“the School” on the usual standard terms found in a lease.
Reason for Decision: The school is acquiring this lease for the purposes of providing temporary alternative accommodation for years 5 and 6 of the School whilst the parts of the School affected by reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) are rebuilt with funding from the Department for Education and a two year old provision. The Decision will generate a rent for the General Fund and assist in the provision of temporary school accommodation for the school.
