Notice of Motion To be moved by Councillor Robathan and seconded by Councillor Devenish: This Council calls upon the Leader of the Council to write to the Mayor of London to call for him to think again about the significant cuts to vital bus services for Westminster residents. The Council deplores both the timing of a so called “public consultation” ahead of the Jubilee weekend and the sheer cynicism of scaring our most vulnerable Westminster residents with unnecessary bus cuts following £5billion of taxpayers funding for TfL over the last two years. This Council condemns the impact that this will have on goals of green active travel. |
