Members Code of Conduct (See report of the Director of Law) Report of Head of Committee and Governance Services. Minutes: 4.1 Members noted that the new Code had been the subject of significant discussion by the Standards Committee and input by the Independent Persons.
4.2 It was noted that training in the new Code would be offered, which would include various scenarios and the types of interests which should be disclosed and those which need not.
4.3 It was agreed that subject to some minor drafting amendments it was in order for the Code to be recommended to the Council for approval.
Resolved: That the Code of Conduct be submitted to full Council for adoption.
