3.1     The Chairman, with the consent of the Members present, signed the minutes of the meeting held on 28 February 2018 as a true and correct record of the proceedings.

4.1     Mick Steward (Head of Committee and Governance Services) introduced the report.  He referred the Committee to the amendments to the current scheme as set out in the report.

          Resolved:

1.          That the Council be recommended to approve the amended Members       Allowances Scheme with effect from 1 August 2018.
