Case Summary
This is an application for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (“The Act”). The Premises propose to provide a delivery service of groceries and convenience items including alcohol. The Premises are located within the Marylebone Ward but not within the Cumulative Impact Zone or the Special Consideration Zone. There is a resident count of 100.
Representations were received from the Environmental Health Service (EHS), one Ward Councillor, the Marylebone Association and thirteen local residents.
Summary of Objections
· EHS made representations on the basis that the supply of alcohol and the hours requested to supply alcohol may have the likely effect of causing an increase in Public Nuisance and may affect Public Safety within the area.
