Summary of Application
This is an application for a Review of a Premises Licence in respect of Royal China, 24-26 Baker Street, London W1U 3BZ (“The Premises”) under the Licensing Act 2003 (“The Act”).
Following intelligence that the Premises was employing illegal workers, Central London ICE Team have now conducted three illegal working enforcement visits between October 2018 and May 2024 and each time arrests of illegal workers have been made. The Premises is consistently failing to comply with right to work checks.
The PLH did not submit any representations and did not attend the hearing.

The application received a representation in support of the review from the Environmental Health Service (‘EHS’) on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder, protection of children from harm, prevention of public nuisance and public safety.
