· The EHS stated that the application proposals were likely to increase the risk of Public Nuisance and the hours sought for late night refreshment were in excess of the Core Hours as defined in the City Council's Statement of Licensing Policy (“SLP”). · The resident objector stated that there are residents living nearby who could be adversely affected by the variation.
