To note the Annual Report 2023/24 of the Safeguarding Adults Executive Board (SAEB), in light of the requirements of the Care Act 2014 and endorse the strategy and priorities informing its current work.

To note the outcome of the Care Quality Commission Local Authority Assessment of Westminster.

To undertake pre-decision scrutiny on the externally funded delivery of the Changing Futures programme to date and make recommendations.
