disclosure by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 12a of the Local
Government Act 1972 (as amended) – Information Relating to a

2)That the recommendations of the Local Authority
School Governor’s Advisory Panel set out in Appendix A be
approved.
Reasons for
Decision
Every maintained school governing body must contain
at least one Local Authority nominated school governor.
