Reasons for Decision: The proposed refurbishment at Westbourne Green Canal Side responds to key community aspirations and priorities and will support the local area by providing an important space of respite next to the canal and in the school’s cluster zone. Benefits of the scheme will include improved biodiversity and greater accessibility to the open space.
