The contract for Provision of Flexible Car Sharing Club Services, provided by Zipcar (UK) Ltd, provides flexible car sharing vehicles for short term hire by residents and businesses as an alternative to private vehicle ownership. The vehicles are provided with a permit that allows them to park in resident, paid for and cashless parking bays in the City, so that a hire can start and end in different locations, including other participating boroughs.
