Seeking approval to confirm a non-immediate
direction under article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 to remove permitted
development rights for changes of use from B1(a) (offices) to C3
(dwellinghouses) in the Westminster Central Activities Zone (CAZ).
The effect of the decision will be that from the date the Direction
comes into force, applications for planning permission will be
required for these changes of use.
