NNDR Localism Relief Extension for Pop-up Ventures

This will remain a cost neutral initiative as the cost of granting the proposed NNDR Localism Relief to the proposed occupiers of currently vacant units designated for pop-up uses as part of WCC’s Pop-up Activation Project will be offset by a project partnership fee contributed by the property owners. Therefore, there will be no financial implications for the City Council.
