Contract award for the Integrated Health Lifestyle Service for Westminster City Council 


This new Service will be comprised of the following elements:

·       A Core Offer which is accessible and acceptable to all residents, particularly those living in deprivation (top two quintiles of deprivation).

·       An offer that provides targeted support to global majority communities, residents with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and those with mental health issues and working with services across supported housing pathways.

·       Bespoke services for identified groups with multiply risk factors, which will be co-designed and co-delivered with voluntary and community sector (VCS) and health partners and residents.

·       A training programme which will be delivered across the VCS, key stakeholders and residents.

·       A peer support offer which provides a wrap around and step-down approach from IHLS programme interventions.


Following the conclusion of a re-procurement exercise, a key decision is required to support the recommendations for the contract award for the implementation of this service from 1 November 2024.  It is anticipated that the new service will commence on 1 November 2024 for a period of Five (5) years to 30 September 2029, with the option to extend for a further period of up to Twenty-Four (24 months) to 30September 2031
