To seek approval to make amendments to the
draft Belgravia Neighbourhood Plan in accordance with an
independent examiner’s recommendations, proceed to local
referendum on whether the plan should be ‘made’ and, in
the event of the result of the referendum being successful, to
formally ‘make’ (adopt) the plan. If
‘made’, the plan will form part of the council’s
Statutory Development Plan and be used alongside adopted policies
in the London Plan and the City Plan to determine planning
applications in the Belgravia Neighbourhood Area.
