Enhancing the borough wide support offer for disabled children

Following an extensive review of services for disabled children and engagement with children, young people, families, partners and the workforce, a shared aspiration for a child-first, empathetic, and equitable offer for all disabled children and their families has been developed. ? 

  

This decision seeks approval from the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Communities, Children and Public Protection toestablish a borough-wide transformation programme to implement this vision and to delegate decision making responsibility to the Executive Director of Children’s Services.
