Approval is being sought to directly award the contract to the incumbent provider, Thrive Tribe Limited, for the provision of Healthy Lifestyle Services without further competition. A direct award is proposed for two phases: initial for a period of five weeks from 1 November – 8 December 2024 for the core service and then a further 13 weeks until 31 January 2025 to process outstanding claims, as an interim measure to allow sufficient time for the mobilisation and implementation of the new contract award, without disrupting current services for residents.
