The Sub-Committee has determined an application for a Time Limited New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (“The Act”) by the Applicant, The Department for Digital, Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) in respect of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Open Space at Junction and Horse Guards Road and the Mall London SW1A 1AA.The Applicant has applied for regulated entertainment, retail by sale of alcohol, late night refreshment for a time limited period over the bank holiday weekend from 2-5 June 2022 to cover the Queen’s Jubilee. Representations have been received by The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) The Environmental Health Service (EHS) and The Licensing Authority.
