This is a hearing of an Agenda Item 7 which was adjourned on the 2nd February 2023, as it was in the public interest for the Committee to request the Applicant to provide further and better particulars, so that a fully informed Decision could be made.

 

This is an application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (“The Act”).  The Premises is to operate as a roof top restaurant and bar.
