Reasons for Decision

This re-procurement has presented the opportunity to re-design the services and incorporate learning from examples of best practice within the homelessness sector. The specifications for the service focussed heavily on working in a strengths-based and psychologically informed way with individuals to deliver a non-traditional and personalised support model. The King George’s client group has a high level of complex need, particularly around mental health, and the re-designed service will include a cluster of clients from the Mental Health pathway as many of these clients also have history of sleeping rough.
