Recommendations

The Cabinet Member agreed the draft Statement of Licensing Principle for Gambling.

The Cabinet Member agreed to recommend to full Council that the draft Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling should be approved and published on 1^st December 2018, and made effective from 31^st January 2019.

Reasons for Decision 

The approval of this final draft of the Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling and recommendation that it be approved for publication by Full Council will ensure that the Council meets its statutory requirements for adopting this statement.
