1.0      Recommendations

1.1      That the Cabinet Member for Business, Licensing and Planning agrees to formally ‘make’ (i.e., adopt) the Queen’s Park Neighbourhood Plan as part of Westminster’s Statutory Development Plan, following the referendum held on 21^st October 2021.

2.0      Reasons for Decision

2.1      To meet the requirements of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the Localism Act 2011, the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017, and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
