Summary of Decision

The Cabinet Member has approved the principle of the lease surrender and grant of a new lease on the terms set out in Appendix A of the report.

Reasons for Decision

The lease regear is recommended to maintain the occupation of the building and an income stream to the Council’s General Fund.
