Westminster Community Homes – Agency Role in the Ebury Bridge Renewal Project

This report seeks approval to continue and extend the use of Westminster Community Homes (WCH) as the leaseholder engagement agent for the Ebury Bridge regeneration programme. To facilitate the inter-estate re-housing of Ebury Bridge residents, the report seeks approval to agree short-term leases with WCH on vacant Ebury Bridge properties.
